"I agree with the first reviewer: this is a good value book! I'll just break it down a bit more for you. After some introductions regarding muscle areas, warming up, stretching and balancing, the bulk of the book deals with the exercises. Some of these should ideally be done using light dumbbells, ankle weights, or a medicine ball; a yoga mat is useful to keep you from slipping around, too. Exercises are graded by difficulty; although after a week on the ball, I find some of these grades arbitrary. Exercises are also grouped by the body area they work on. The photos and text give clear instruction on what to do, mostly covering one exercise per page. The final quarter of the book covers 20-minute workouts. There are some new exercises introduced here, but mostly this is a repeat of what's already been covered. Personally, I just dip into the book and choose around 10 or 12 exercises, which I incorporate into my own regime. Oh, the book is spiral-bound [within a hard cover] too, so it stays open on the page you're using. "
