ABOUT THE BOOK
"I got this as one of my first aromatherapy books, its a really useful beginners guide. There is a section that details each oil, its physical and "emotional" properties which also includes (very importantly) notes of caution where necessary.
The book is well presented, easy to read and use as a reference."

"I was looking for a book that gave a rough but imformative guide to aromatherapy and it certainly delivered. It's great for a beginer (like me) but it's also a great reference guide for the more experienced. The infomation is well writen, to the point but also very informative. it includes all the main branches of aromatherapy, to give the reader a well rouned view of the whole subject. This book is also fun to read as it's colouurful! i really didn't want to buy a book full of writing and no pictures, as i knew i was more likely to put it down. but i read this book in two days and have learnt so much. A bad point is that it assumes the reader is a bit dim in the explanations of things (although that's probably because i am a science sudent)
Overall i think it's a great book and well worth buying."
