"I was introduced to these Power Cards at a one-day workshop based on the philosophy of Louise Hay. Everyone in the group (about 50 people) was invited to take a card from the pack and to read it aloud. The chosen card seemed to resonate for each participant.

I purchased a set for myself and for my sister and have used them on a very regular basis to remind me to apply principles of positive thoinking and personal responsibility for my life and my choices.

These are a great resource for anyone interested in their own personal development journey. They are beautifully presented in a solid box and are so colourful and creative.

I choose one on a regular basis and keep it in my kitchen where I will see it whenever I am there throughout my day. When I have meditated and reflected on its words, which are challenging, I replace it in the box and take another card. Sometimes I will be working with the same card for days; other times just one day.
