"It is true! the exercises in this book do work! Although I've owned this book for over 5 years it still remains a beautiful book, which the info on the charcteristics (personality) of the aura colours is very true. I can now see both colours & patterns. I also wrote a letter to Richard (author) 2 years ago & received a reply! He is a very nice guy! A very informative book & beginner friendly (but don't expect immediate results!) (I was much more sucessful in feeling the aura than actually "seeing" it in my initial experiments & the colours followed much much (as in years) later) YOU NEED TO BE DEDICATED TO WHAT YOU HOPE TO ACHEIVE. Never give up!"
