Ellie Herman's Pilates Workbook on the Ball: Illustrated Step-by-step Guide

"This book is portable, lightweight and easy to use. It is a clear and straightforward guide to many excerises using the swiss ball. I first came across Ellie Herman's teachings in her book "Pilates for Dummies" which I found surprisingly comprehensive. She covered a small chapter on ballwork in that book which inspired me to get this one. I was not dissapointed. This book will act as a great complement (and extension to the ballwork) covered in her other book, but is equally great as a standalone book focussing purely on using the ball. I found the instructions easy to follow and pictures clear to understand, though just wish they had of been in colour.

This book, though fairly slender is brilliant value for money, and its size and ability to stay open on the page you open it at make it a really accessible and useful book to use."
