"Aromatherapy has long been an attractive mystery to me. I received Season's of Aromatherapy as a gift recently. The beautiful graphics and easy to read layout of the book drew me in, but the information contained within and the lilting writing style kept me from being able to put it down. I could not wait to get my first collection of essential oils and experiment for myself. Now that I have read, and re-read the book, I have marked my favorite suggestions, and continue to refer to this wonderful book. The formulas recommended by Paula and Judi have proven to be viable alternatives to other more traditional remedies in my home and with my young children. The applications seem to be limitless!
