"If you are expecting a step-by-step guide to doing Gerson, then forget this book. It is wordy, boring, repetitive, contradictory, disorganised, chaotic and a thinly veiled eulogy of Dr. Gerson by an adoring daughter. It does not contain precise instructions for the juice ingredients, which ones to take when, what the diet should be in conjunction with the juicing and enemas. There is plenty of diet information and strictures on what not to do but it is generalised and, each time it crops up in the book, may not agree with the previous version. One is left feeling quite bewildered, confused and almost helpless! I say again, what a disappointment. I will buy the other Gerson books and report back"
