"I found this book to be very simple and easy to read. It is not full of Unnecessary information, it is straight to the point and very easy to follow. I found the exercises exceptionally easy yet helpful. I do the exercises on a daily basis and I feel much more healthy and alive.
One of the exercise I love the most is on page 25, Skull Shining.I feel so
high after doing this exercise. However you must do it for at least a week
before you really feel the kick.
If you are into yoga breathing and you are looking for something easy to get into then i would recommend you buy this book.
