"I ordered this book (April 06) & it was just what I neeeded. It lists many vitamins & minerals and explains all you need to know about them. It also gives you the correct dosage and advice and I found it all very reliable and informative. Its more like a supplement compendium, would be ideal for home use or for a Health shop to advise customers. Definately recommend this book 100% A*"
