"I bought this book in anticipation and upon reading the previous reviewers and the star gradings given, I must admit was disappointed. I feel this is more for the American market rather than the British.

I feel that this book is confusing in that whilst reading a paragraph, in the middle is a "reference note" which your eye immediately is taken to, you read that, then carry on with the rest of the paragraph. It thus seems to take longer to read!

Having done a reflexology workshop I can now see that this book isn't much help at all, and you are better off doing a workshop or course, and buying books by Ann Gillanders as she is from the British Institute of Reflexologists."

"Having read the previous readers reviews I ordered this book with anticipation, and alas was disappointed.

This book is probably fine if you are American (as the author is American) but not for the British.

I found the continuity of the book confusing - there seems to be lots of "reference notes" dotted here and there, thus you are reading text and then have to read the notes before you can read further text of the same paragraph!

Having now done a workshop in reflexology, I can now say that this book is not as good as hoped."

I am apt to get enthusiastic about new things and then my interest wains, leaving me with lots of expensive books which I never pick up again. This book is perfect as it gets the balance right between information and entertainment and I pick it up again and again!! High praise indeed from a serial faddy!!"
