"This was a great book!
Although I don't believe all of the methods explained in this book are 'the best', they will certainly work for you as they have for LL.
LL is no stranger to hard work and this plan will get progressively harder.
Your results will depend on how closely and dilligently you follow this plan.
The only criticism I can give this book is that it's also full of LL's lyrics. They're really not to my taste and I feel this book could be made a lot thinner and more concise if LL's personal imputs were removed."
