ABOUT THE BOOK
"This book is worth buying-I am on the 9th week and I and others have noticed a visible result. You REALLY do need the right equipment though,it does say what alternatives to use but I don't believe you will get results using water bottles etc as you need to increase weights to see results.Straight forward -easy to do but hard work (which is good) especially when you reach week 9.The end of the book about healthy eating is a waste of time and I think should have been left out as it wasn't detailed enough-just says 'eat healthy' which we all know we should do anyway. This book is a good start for something to continue longterm."

"I bought his DVDs first - which you can buy here on Amazon. It started off good explaining what to do if you don't have a stabillity ball, weights or incline bench etc.. (on the DVDs he doesn't do any of this so you have to buy the equipment) He goes on to say you could use 500ml bottles of water for the weights and many other things instead of them.
So, at first, i was really happy with the book but then a 1/4 of the way through, it stopped explaining what you could use.
So your going to have to at least spend £300 to buy all this equipment - unless you go to a gym (which still costs money) - or you can buy it really cheap off a friend who doesn't use it any more.
So, to round up, a book which started off really good but then must of been rushed to finish as it didn't include all the detail like it does in the start. It contains good exercises but is no use unless you have the equipment."

"I have been training for 8 years with varied results using, personal trainers and following closely articles published in reputable fitness magazines. In a world where there is so much information it is important to be able to sift out the truths. As a result it has long been established that you must train 3 or 4 times a week to achieve noticeable results. This doctrine has been the given for many years, and it takes an educated and enlighten person once in a while who comes a long and shakes things up in the fitness world. Mark Anthony's approach to the world of training is a breath of fresh air in that he has approached his research with scientific backing.
I have now been training using Marks System for 6 weeks, and I not only feel stronger, but also do not have that exhausted feeling through the rest of the week. Training the traditional way I would get to the point of recover and then have to start a new session; as a result I would be exhausted throughout the whole week and unable to give my best when the next training session was due. By dramatically increasing my intensity in the one training session this now gives me a full 6 days to recover. This in turn allows me to give my all once in a 50 minutes session without holding something in reserve for the following training day.
After reading Mark's book I wanted to know more and found that he has produced a stunning website that creates a personalised workout for you which should you opt for the advanced package also produces a nifty audio file with Mark talking you through each exercise in real time giving you a brilliant workout."

"This book is fantastic- great photos, healthy lifestyle advice and tips on eating properly. Each exercise displays a body outline with what muscles are being worked and there are workouts for both men and women. The testimonials are incredibly inspiring and it's good to see that real people can change their body naturally with fast results.
Very motivational and very stylish!"
