"This rather good book is divided into subject sections and is an excellent source of information regarding many holistic therapies and treatments, some of which are well-known and others which are slightly more obscure. Each therapy is presented to the reader with a brief history, description of the procedure, information on what to expect (whether it'll feel uncomfortable or not!!) and likely outcomes. There are even paragraphs which explain very clearly how to "do-it-yourself" for some of the simpler and more basic therapies.
Presented in a pleasing and easy-to-understand format with great use of colour and pictures, I have found this book to be an invaluable source of information which I am now using regularly.
I am currently studying for an advanced diploma in stress management together with professional relaxation therapy, and I have found this book to be a fantastic aid to my studies!!"
