Homeopathy (Neal's Yard Remedies)

"I can't recommend this book enough, its the best book I read prior to starting my studies and found this the most straight forward whilst also allowing you to choose the appropriate remedy for acute conditions (eg. cough / cold / stress / insomnia / indigestion / grief).

The 2nd section of the book focuses on ailments & matching them to remedies according to the specific nature of the condition. The first section gives the bigger picture of the remedies including the emotional and physical which further supports the choice of remedy.

Nice book to get anyone started!"

"The first homeopathic book I bought. At first I thought it was very good, as it looks nice with pictures and mental, emotional and physical descriptions for each remedy. There's a list of common ailments with suggested remedies, which you can then refer back to and compare. It doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is, which is a short, easy-to-read, basic guide. Now that I know more about homeopathy, I can see that whilst it does what it says, it is very limited, with no cross-reference of symptoms. At least it got me interested, so it was a good first book."
