"I would suggest to anyone who has just found out they have IBS to read this book.
After my visit to the doctor on a friday morning I came home to search the internet for further details on IBS. By 2pm I had found this book and ordered it, to my amazement it came the next day. I sat down to read it and became addicted as it was so easy to read and understand. I found myself saying 'oh gosh that has happened to me' and ' so that is why I felt like that'.
I am now eager to try the recipes and have already e-mailed a friend who has a friend with IBS to tell her about it."

"I bought this book as a sufferer whose symptoms were becoming worse. I found it very good as it identifies the different types of IBS rather than generalising them. It then gives information and advice for each type and how to ease the symptoms. The recipes are easy to follow and, unlike some books, are not over complicated. They are also very tasty for all the family, not just the sufferer! After following the dietary tips and using some of the recipes I have found that my symptoms have eased and I do not need as much medication as previously. I am looking forward to trying more recipes. Well worth the money."
