"This book is an excellent primer for usage of NLP techniques into your life, work and family. For those people who really do not have the time to invest in NLP courses and would still like to take advantage of what this dynamic field has to offer, this book fulfills that wish by providing you the exercises from the various domains of NLP that you can practise and benefit from. All exercises are given in a simple fashion that you can use minus all the jargon. Even if you are a beginner with NLP this book will help you a lot in grounding you with the fundamentals."

"With confidence and stress problems, NLP was recommended as a "proven" method of changing how my mind works to give it better focus and improve my self belief. Unfortunately, this book has proved to be a total waste of time and money. Firstly, it is written in a very dry and uninspiring style. Secondly, most of the exercises had no effects whatsoever, despite its cast iron guarantees of success. If NLP does indeed work then I would recommend you look elsewhere for guidance!"

"I'm sure that the content of this book is fine, however, i found the way it was written to be hard work and as a result didn't enjoy reading it. I'm new to NLP but i'm sure that there must be better books out there!"

"This is a great place to start if you're interested in NLP and what it has to offer. This book is full of exercises you can do yourself to see the immediate effect of NLP and how you can apply it in your life. It is clear to read and shows you how to use the ideas discussed to overcome some obstacles that may be holding you back. A good introduction to the subject."
