I wouldn't part with my copy - I find it great to read in bed when feeling miserable - Joan gives you some inspiration to be more assertive and inspiration to change bad habits."

"This book is suited to women of all age groups although it is geared towards the older woman. Joan Collins provides some useful advice about dieting, exercise etc. granted some of which is common sense. The book however, does not focus solely on one's outer appearance as it also includes chapters dealing with life and happiness. All in all you've got to hand it to her - she has an indestructible self belief!"
