Sound Sleep: A Sound Approach to Conscious Evolution

"Thank-you Amazon for having such a wonderful site that I can access not only what I want but what I need. Kelly Howells' Sound Sleep is great. I have trouble at night getting to sleep ...everything from calcium taken with warm milk to sleeping pills is done frequently. Well, Sound Sleep, so far has greatly improved my chances...and not having to wait an hour after milk drinking or wondering whether the Nytol(or stronger)is going to work or be too much for me; it's a plus....all I have to do is put the headphones on...I use the regular sized ones. In five minutes I can feel the muscles in the knees relax then the rest of my body . It is great..I've yet to hear the end of the CD! If you have trouble sleeping buy it!"
