Running Through the Wall: Personal Encounters with the Ultramarathon

"I bought this book after reading: Ultramarathon Man, Feet in the Clouds, What I Talk About When I Talk About Running and Survival of the Fittest and in my opinion it is right up there with these greats.

If you are interested in running, trail running, or ultra marathons, then I urge you to buy this book. The book consists of about 30 to 40 personal stories about people who have completed or competed in an ultra marathon (50k plus). Stories range from champions of the sport, to keen participants each with a heart warming story. The stories are all American based but that really doesnt make any difference and you can relate to each and every one.

If this book does not inspire anyone to run, I will be more than surprised. I thoroughly recommend it and enjoyed it right to the end."
