ABOUT THE BOOK
"A very disappointing book. It is written for ITEC course however after completing a 10 week introductory course I have now enrolled and started the ITEC course. This book was recommended as the course book however I haven't found it particularly useful. It does sets out the basic information in relation to points on the foot and relevant anatomical information but, it misses out essential such as how to walk the feet in relation to each system and lacks more in-depth information/knowledge. If you are just starting out this book is ok in providing a basic foot chart and information about the various bodily systems however I would suggest buying it in conjunction with another reflexology book."

"As already pointed out, this book is written for the ITEC reflexology exams. There are indeed mistakes through it - as with the other ITEC books in the same series, A&P and Aromatherapy - but none the less it is a useful book for newcomers to this therapy.
Reflexology is a very broad subject and each therapist practices differently. Most of the techniques you learn to improve your treatments are learned AFTER you qualify as a reflexologist.
This book simplifies the complicated aspects of reflexology therory for the beginner and is generally a good introductory book."
