"I got this for my daughter who was having a very unsettled first year at school. It has helped to calm her down. She likes to read it at anytime, even in the bath. She took it to school and her teacher got a copy of it too. I think the book combined with one of the CD's is probably best to start with. There is also a DVD with some of the meditations from this book."
