"Only got this book the other day and started using it right away, a simple idea but the best ones always are. My son 'get's it' right away and now understands that he can be behaving ona scale of 1-5 - we've talked about it and we'll start to devise our own charts. Using the pitch of his voice is such a good idea....children with ASD are often VERY LOUD and this impacts on the whole family. He has at least started to realise that when he is at a 4 or 5 and really making a lot of noise - then I start feeling a 4 or 5 too. If you have a child with ASD or ADHD this will be a very handy book to help you cope!"
