Like other reviewers have said this is a good book to keep handy for pointers, and to highlight the points that stand out to you the most. In reading this book the second time around and highlighting the little chesnuts that speak out to me I can already see a difference in my attitude and my health. Another bonus in less than two weeks I am down 3 pounds, without counting calories or points or carbs.
Check this book out and I would also say check out Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. If you are someone who does not want to be tied down to another strict regime and you just want to live your life and not have to constantly worry about food both of these books are good tools for that. This book of meditations is a good aid to any diet, or even for those who are on no diet at all, but who just want to feel good about their bodies. Here is a short video (1:40) about my experience of this book. I should note that although in the video I say there are 100 chapters, of course, as per the subtitle, there are actually 101.
