"In all my years as an Amazon shopper, this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. This is a great book. I have cooked numerous recipes and have been very impressed by all of them. In fact, she has a recipe for a meatloaf pinwheel that is the first meatloaf that I have ever liked. (There is a layer of kale and spinach that is rolled up with the meat. Delicious!) The doctors are recommending that everyone get more greens in their diet and this is a great way to do it. I just wish that I had found it years earlier."
