"This is an excellent source for a basic understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. Just note that any such class requires a lot of memorization. There are a lot of terms, and names for things to remember. This book makes it more interesting my adding stories and relating the information to real life or job situations. It helps to put things into perspective. The images are not always clear, but, when used with the workbook designed for the course, everything comes clear.
I was not particularly pleased with the CD's that came with the book, but they do contain all the images from the book as an aid to studying. "

"Well I had given them the wrong address. I gave them the address to my old place. However, when I went to my old place (no one lives in that apartment yet), nothing was there. I went to the office, and nothing was there. I had aim books inquire Ups, and all they could tell me was that the product was delivered at the location. It was not. No one lives there, so how can it be that someone signed for it when no one lives in that apartment? as far as I'm concerned, I will never use aim books again, and I will avoid ups like the plague."

"I am not a happy customer and I'll NEVER order from Amazon again... I needed essentials of human anatomy and physiology ninth addition and was send the seventh addition. When I emailed to see about returning for a refund. They told me they already spent the money I sent for the book... and told me I would have to try and sell it myself. "NOT GOOD BUSINESS" I am on a fixed income trying to go to college... Sorry but I don't think this person has treated me fairly...No refund policy on a book thats way out of date....If you are buying from this person I would suggest you make sure you are getting what you ask for before you order.
