I do like that it's entirely about the mental aspect of thryoid disease unlike most other books that just explain all the symptoms in a basic way. This devles into so much about depression and anxiety and the changes relative to your thyroid hormones. I was shocked how much the two relate to each other and was happy to know I'm not crazy...it's my thyroid! :)"
