"This book is well written and takes a good approach to weight loss. Of course there are no miracles and while this book doesn't offer one it is good read and does give some good advice. The one thing I have to comment on is the Scandinavian Bran Crispbread. While it was not available in my area I was able to order if off the Internet. My package came yesterday and so I was very excited to try it. It was one of the worse things I have ever tasted. I truly believe it is good for weight loss and only contains 16 calories per slice but it was just like eating a piece of cardboard, maybe worse. I do not consider myself a picky eater and have eaten many bland and "diet" foods before but this was truly awful. So just as a warning...if you have to order it off the Internet, beware and you may want to just eat the box it comes in instead!"
