"This book has been written to help people identify abusive/violent behaviours and how to cope or escape from them: from psychological abuse to physical assault. There's usually nothing wrong inside an abuser's mind. It's amazing to find out why they do that. It has helped me understand why so many women are being killed by their partners- who are described as nice, cool guys.
