"I find this to be an excellent book, especially for those who are new to the Alzheimer nightmare. I initially borrowed it, and then bought my own. It is easy to read,and gives good insight to the path you are going down, which is irreversable. It explains the disease, the course it takes,with special emphasis on taking care of your own health. I would recommend it to anyone that is caring for a person with dementia. As the older population grows, this disease will be a headliner.From a personal experience, my advice is to read up on it, and join a support group. .....Darn Yankee in SC"
