"This is a very good book that every woman should read if you have a family history of breast cancer OR other cancers. This book really helped me get on the the path to start my success of breaking the cycle. At times it was a tough ready, as I am not a medical person, but it did give me the tools so I can refer back. I will be keeping this on file and using it as a guide for the future.
