"if you can not afford the cds or the dvds or if you have them already and just want a printed version of what Paul McKenna offers to a person who is ready to change their life, then this is the product to get. It is clear, it is concise, it is easy to follow and it works.
There are no diet plans because this is not a structured diet. This tool is teaching people how to live with themselves, how to regain control of their emotions and stop the destructive cycle of overeating, binging, guilt and shame and then overeating and binging again.
He has taken the myth out of eating and weight loss. He has replaced it with tools and techniques that anyone can learn and use and unlike any diet plan or program on the market he has a 71% success rate. That is with out surgery, that is with out giving up foods that a person likes. If you have a medical condition like diabetes or any medical condition where your health care provider has stated you can not eat certain foods , then you should talk to your doctor before starting this. He does have a website where you can review the basic techniques for free, but the great thing about this book is I can take it with me anywhere. when it falls apart i will buy a replacement
