"The authors bring many years of experience in aromatherapy to the writing of this book. They cover their topics in a clear concise manner yet with enough depth that the reader feels empowered to act. My only criticisms are: The authors selection of oils, though well done, left out a few really important oils and the section on "inhalation" wasn't as complete as I'd have liked. The section on massage was very well done with excellent photographs. If you are new to using pure essential oils in support of your younger family members health this is a must buy."
