"I liked the book, easy to read and comprehend. Very practical with some proven results. The only question I have is how the authors relate to homeopathy or Cell Salts. Usually these books are written by people who have degrees and practical experience in the subject. In the info about authors there is no mention about either of the above. Both of the authors are writers/ journalist and there is no mention how they came to the information and what credentials/ experience they have to write on the topic of Cell Sats/ Homeopathy and recommend the remedy. But if you take the above for granted the book is very very good and easy to follow."
