"This diet has a lot of specific rules and regulations that will help women (specifically) get rid of fat that's stored in those hard to defeat areas on the body. This is geared to women because we have different hormones and emotional needs than men. Unfortunately, this diet plan doesn't stress being healhty, it stresses losing weight and looking good- not necessarily the best way to live!
What you should know: this isn't an easy fix- it will take time and effort (and some extra costs for vitamins) to get you to the balance of nutrients in your diet with will boost your metabolism and get your body working for you.
