"This is a beautiful book just to page through. It displays the various techniques one can use to get results for using the universal life energy available to us all to speed healing for the body or the mind. Like most books on the subject, it does not display the symbols used by Reiki Masters, as they are considered too sacred to share with anyone not considered as serious students of the healing art. But the techniques are there for anyone to benefit by. The only problem I noticed is that because of the beautiful colors and background photos on each page, it is not always easy to read the text on some of the darker pages."
