ABOUT THE BOOK
"I bought this book for my teenage sons wanting reassurance that they knew all they should about birth control. Look up birth control in the index and you'll find no entry. Look up pregnancy and again, nothing. In the chapter on sex, choosing the most comfortable condom is covered, but nothing about correct usage to avoid pregnancy and nothing about other methods of birth control, not so much as a mention. This book perpetuates the myth that pregnancy, birth control, and children are things only women have to worry about. This is a major, inexcusable oversight."

"I bought this book as a gift for a young man and found myself reading different sections, starting with the penis section and continuing backwards thru pancreas and nose, then to the moles and later the workout section. I found it to be informative and useful, but written casually enough to hold the 22 year old's interest. So many men are so uniformed about the functioning of their bodies. This book cracks the myths and sets straight the rumors about many areas of a man's heatlth.
Worth it's weight in gold.... buy it. Incidently, I couldn't find the parts mentioned by the one star reveiw. "

"I have purchased a multitude of these to give to people I care about. This book was well-written and organized - I only wish the author would produce a newer edition with more current medical statistics. I highly recommend this as a gift for a pre-pubescent boy as well as for a grown man. This gives them an amazing plethera of knowledge that sadly most men lack. Don't pass this book up. I recommend an edition for you and an extra to give to someone you love. I am a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department and really feel this book is helpful. Caution: does contain information on reproduction so perhaps not for younger children. I gave this to my son when he was 13 years old and he has read it cover-to-cover many times (memorized most of it). If it can hold the interest of a teen, that speaks VOLUMES."

"I purchased this book as a gift for my 22 year old son based upon the glowing reviews I read on-line. It was my goal to educate my son in regards to health and fitness, as well as nutrition. Upon the arrival of this book, I found it to have a disgusting approval and promotion of the homosexual lifestyle. While I don't mind what others do in their private time, I do not want to advocate and show my son intimate details of what this lifestyle entails. I advise all parents to be very careful reading the reviews as they certainly are not on the "up and up" and often have a different agenda than what you may expect."

"Impressed. I even bought a copy for my boys. I like the way they take a part of the anatomy and detail it. Great tips on staying healthy and excellent talk of preventing future problems. BUY IT!"
