You may want to purchase another book for more indepth information, but this one gets you on track. One surprise was that progesterone helps with TMJ. I've been suffering with it for years. When I read that part in this book, I'd already been using progesterone for a couple of weeks, I opened and closed my jaw several times and noticed no pain, no cracking. If I hadn't read about it, I would never have related it to hormones. The benefit was a major pleasant surprise."

"I purchased this publication mainly to obtain information about how men might benefit from the use of natural progesterone. I was disappointed with what I received. Dr. John R. Lee just published a booklet about hormone balancing for men, and I recommend his publication as opposed to Dr. Shealy's. This booklet had some interesting information but, if you're interested in this subject, consider a book with more indepth information."
