ABOUT THE BOOK

EDITORIAL REVIEW
Polarity Therapy. Each of us has a healing power. We can heal ourselves, our relationships and our environment. The key lies in understanding the very nature of life itself-ENERGY. Polarity Therapy is the science of stimulating and balancing the body's life energy. When we are in a stateof dis-ease or are out of balance, the flow of life energy becomes obstructed. In this heavily illustrated book you will find a complete and practical guide, to releasing blocked energy through polarity energy balancing, nutrition, polarity yoga and developing positive thoughts and attitudes.
USER REVIEWS
"Excellent reference. I find the last 2 books that this replaces still relevant in my search to learn more about polarity therapy. This current edition has a few moves that were not previously published (see the causal body balance).
There is some wonderful teaching and it is an excellent reference.
I have found it helps connect the dots between what I learned and didn't learn from the school i went to to study polarity.
I am very appreciative of this work as it deserves to be on the shelf of any polarity therapist, or massage therapist, looking to go deeper.

Thanks!"

"What I liked most about this book is Siegel explains WHY you are doing a particular move. For me it fills a gap left by other books. Franklyn Sills' book doesn't connect theory with any protocol. John Beaulieu's workbook is excellent for protocols but there isn't any theory. Bruce Berger give protocols and theory but they are not connected. With Siegel's book I found it possible to be more flexible and creative in my practice. I even have been able to make sense of a few things in Randolph Stone's books I would have like to have seen more illustrations of the moves and more detailed references to the Randolph Stone books, but these are minor quibbles. Highly recommeded. "
