"This book covers alternative medicine from A to Z in a format that is easy to read and understand.
I have problems with my knees and it has been suggested that I consider knee replacement, however I'm in my late forties and knee replacement is something I don't want to do at this time. I showed my doctor some of the suggested remedies to treat my osteo-arthritis...He gave me the go ahead to try it... and by making a few changes I'm feeling improved flexibility. I believe that the therapies in this book should be seriously considered as an accompaniment to western medical practices or by themselves."
