ABOUT THE BOOK
A health guide for modern people, this book contains experiences and techniques taught in actual Dahnhak training sessions. Meridian exercise is a health regimen to open acupressure points and facilitate energy circulation. Using pulling and stretching exercises, it increases flexibility of the body to increase natural healing capacity. Presentation of exercises is clear, systematic and easy to follow.
There are exercises to address common complaints including headache, backache, PMS, and shoulder pain, as well as conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Positions are explained in a detailed and friendly manner, and are broken down into a step-by-step explanation. They are easy to follow simply by looking at the pictures.
"I have found this book to have some good pictures of the different poses with Dahn Yoga but not very much detailed information about how you do it and why is it good to do it. They also use many words that are foreign to most people and it can leave you scratching your head some. I have done a few of the exercises and have gotten some benefit. However, my expectations of what the book would be were not fullfilled. I think really the book is worth about 10.00. I was only mildly satisfied with it."

"I bought this book because I wanted to learn more about Meridian exercises. I thought this sounded interesting based on other reviews. First of all, he divided it in 2 books, so you won't find all the remedies in one and you are almost forced to buy 2. I tried the exercises for headaches and it did nothing to help me. I also tried other exercises, but it's difficult to tell if it does anything since there are no immediate results. He doesn't give any explanation for his selection of exercises except chosen few. Also, some of the exercises are impossible to follow from the description.
