"I found this book to be interesting, although I'm not sure totally correct. It takes a pretty simple subject and breaks in down into details that were tedious at times. I'm sure this book would be excellent for anyone who enjoys that sort of thing, but if you're looking for simplified knowledge, this book isn't it."

"I found this book quite refreshing, being that it wasn't written with allot of new-age, eastern mysticism, mumbo-jumbo like most of the books on this topic are.

The author probes deeply into how the human energy field effects the human psyche and vise versa. He explains the methodology on how he has arrived at his conclusions and gives many real world examples.

This is not only a great book for someone who is interested in doing their own mental and emotional healing, but it should be in the library of all Psychiatrists and anyone else who deals with people on a mental/emotional level.

A must have for anyone interested in holistic healing."
