ABOUT THE BOOK
Qi is energy in its manifested form, and Gong is the practical method of application. Therefore, Qi-Gong methods are the techniques using the flow of energy inside your body. Kuji-In is translated from the Japanese as "Nine Syllables". Your hands are your primary tool in these practices, and each hand mudra is combined with a specific mantra, visualization and breathing exercise that completes the technique. Practicing Kuji-In as it is presented here will support and enhance every action you take in life. Your psychic abilities will evolve, and you will achieve an expanded perception of the world. In this book, you will learn how to activate the energy channels in your body, and feel the Qi / Ki / Chi, so that you can safely and powerfully start your Kuji-In practices with a presentation of all 9 Kuji-In steps of the ritual practice and philosophy.
"And don't mind making wierd noises, from a laymans view on this book all I can say is I much prefer the standard focus on your breath meditation to the Kuji-In meditations (which is why I bought this book)
Although Kuhi-In is not my thing at the moment, this book does have a lot of good information"

"There's some very interesting information in this book that doesn't seem to be available elsewhere, and it's clearly explained. One note: The Swimming Dragon Qigong technique, which is just one of many techniques described here, can be learned much more easily from the Swimming Dragon VHS video tape by T. K. Shih, available at qi-journal dot com. (No, I'm not affiliated with them.) "

"5 stars, but only if you use this book as an adition to your qigong practice. The qigong information in this book was so oversimplified that I wasn't even sure if the author knew what he was talking about, or if he was talking about what he had heard from others. After I started getting the whole picture of what the book presents, however, I started to change my mind.
Whatever the case, I can still rate this as a 5 star book because I have found it useful, and thus I must give credit for that. Once finnished with the book, I had a concept of how to connect qigong and the kuji-in techniques, and that's what the book was meant to do. Don't bother thinking you can just learn qigong and kuji-in from this book though, it will probably be near useless to you if you don't have previous internal alchemy and qigong experience. "
