"This is a really amazing way to start and end your day. Starting with gratitude really gets you off on the right foot, and ending with relaxation and dissolving negative thoughts is great too. If you use this cd, your life will change. My advice is: don't fight it. It's like the turkey pan metaphor she uses. When you first start scrubbing, all the gunk comes up, but if you just keep washing, eventually it will come clean. Peace and blessings."
