"I was not a big Sylvia Browne fan so this CD had to prove its worth to me; I wasn't pre-sold. The only reason I listened to it was because it was one of several items I checked out on angels from my local library. Yet, since a book I really wanted wasn't availabe, but this CD-set was, I checked it out as though it were a booby prize. I merely thought, "What the heck?"
Happily, I've been blown away by how I feel after going through this meditation. I'm finding it very powerful. It has filled me with some great energy. As a result I'm going to buy my own copy so I can use it every day.
No product is for everyone, but I'm sold on this particular one. "

" This CD includes two discs. Each disc contains two meditations, which are approx. 15 minutes long each. You will visualize healing, release negativity, visualize the love that awaits you on the other side and "visit" a healing room on the other side. It was recorded "live" from an actual workshop.
I wish this CD had been specially recorded, included a brief relaxing intro. for each meditation, had a slower voice tempo to allow more time to visualize, and had relaxing background music.
Also, angels and guides were mentioned in the meditations but the meditations were not about meeting or communicating with them specifically. Over all, I think the CD's are beneficial and positive and listen to them right before I fall asleep."
