"It's the story of John Upledger discovering Cranio Sacral. Mostly stories of patients cured, of how he discovered that the dura mater was always moving, how he found all of his techniques. (explained in his other books)
so, yes, it's interesting, but not very practical. this book explains no techniques as in the other ones, and this disappointed me a little.

"This book is absolutly incredible. It had me drawn in from page one. Dr. Upldeger writes in a way that is fun, easy to understand and intreguing. It opened a whole new world to me. There are a few ideas that seemed a little "out there" but as I took one of the upledger classes and as I've used Craniosacral Therapy in my practice I have seen that the body has no limits...and anything is possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone."
