"I have just finished reading this book on the liver and gallbladder cleanse. I think it is a fabulous book. I have read many books on this subject and I think this book is the most thorough book I have ever read on this subject. I am actually doing the cleanse as I am writing this. I have spent the last 6 days drinking the apple juice and I changed my diet for the week. I have just drunk my first glass of Epsom salts and I will drink another one at 8:00 and then I drink the olive oil/grapefruit cocktail at 9:45 and then wait for the results. I am looking forward to the health benefits that will come from the passing of stones. This book has pictures of actual stones that others have passed as a result of this cleanse and it has testimonials from people that have been cured from all types of diseases after taking several of these cleanses. The lay-out of the book and the way it is written is easy to read and understand and it is also very interesting. A lot of research was done before the writing of this book, and everyone can benefit from this vital information. If you are interested in understanding the importance of having a clean liver and gallbladder then this is the book for you. Even though you can find the recipe for a cleanse on sites like curezone, it is very helpful to become fully informed on the reasons for the cleanse.
