"I was a little skeptical when I ordered this book thinking it was just another calorie counting book that would collect dust sitting on the shelf with all the others. However I was amazed when I got the book. It has easy to follow calorie comparisons with photographs. They have the names of most of the restaurants that people eat at and it is amazing how ordering one item that you would think is lower in calories might have five times as many calories of an item almost the same on the same menu. I have a copy for my home and I am going to buy a second on to keep in my car for when I am on the go. This book has saved me thousands of extra calories and I did not sacrifice one thing. "I was hoping for a lot more tips that I could use in my own kitchen, but that's not the type of book this is. For those who eat on the go very often, this can be useful. Overall, it felt more like a review of fast food restaurants in America. Some of the calorie counting was only marginally helpful. Like I said, if you eat out for almost every meal,and if you are just really strict about calories and need to watch every bite, then this may be right for you."
