The Owner's Manual for the Brain: Everyday Applications from Mind-Brain Research 3rd Edition

"I thoroughly enjoyed this work as it relates significantly to an area of my own research, paranormal phenomena. I was keenly interested in a study that identified 1 in 3 people as being sensitive to the effects of imbalenced ion counts in the environment. I am curious to know if of those 1 in 3, how many of the affected have a hypersensitivity or electromagnetic fields. I would love to know the answer to that, since a certain amount of paranormal activity seems to correlate with certain aspects of human behavior, it makes sense that this may also be a factor.
Anyway, great book, interesting read, and highly recommend it."

"I have a rule of at least two chapter before deciding whether to continue,I pushed it to three in a hope of finding some reason about this book to continue, sadly i could not. This book is just a rambling of episodic stories from the author.Having read the preface i knew all i want about the author and wanted to get going with the amazing facts that it suggested.Three chapters on i felt weighed down by cartoon explanations that weren,t needed and endless application, topic boxes after the shortest of paragraphs. This book should be condensed, 1007 pages, and then perhaps the title will match the content."

"I had to buy and return this book as I needed the third edition and this was the second edition. Perhaps you should only sell the most current edition? It would save A LOT of hassle for us students.

The third edition is great though!"
