"Having suffered from an intense fear of flying for about a decade now, I had serious doubts that I would ever be able to make plane trips again. When I was told that I would have to go to Australia for my husband's work, I declined, fearing a full-blown panic attack during a flight again. It had become a ritual that during every flight (especially over large expanses of water), I had a meltdown. This not only left me physically ill, but it probably annoyed the other passengers and flight attendants. "I just got back from a trip to Spain. I purchased this recording before I left and listened to it several times because I was concerned about the length of the trip and my usual phobia around flying. My phobia has prevented me from flying on many occasions.
I can't recommend this recording enough. I never believed in hypnosis before, but just two days ago I was flying over the Atlantic Ocean with pretty significant turbulence. I was starting to get a little freaked out and my friend suggested I listen to the recording. Even with the "fasten seatbelt" sign on and turbulence, I actually fell asleep within five minutes of listening.
This recording is amazing to me. I had no idea it would be as effective as it is.
Not to mention, I find that many of the practices taught on the recording are helpful in other stressful situations.
Can't recommend it highly enough. It rocks!"

"I honestly tried using this hypnosis series as a last option. I was convinced no matter what I tried I could not "cure" my fear of flying. I cannot begin to explain how much this has helped me. I listen to it almost the whole plane ride and it somehow makes me feel calm. His voice is calming and comforting. I think the more you hear the positive words the more you accept them and begin to think positive. I used to think horrible negative thoughts during plane rides but now I have control over my thoughts and how I will act while on a plane. I dont know if you can say I am "cured" but I honestly have no fear about flying anymore due to this hypnosis cd. "

"If you are a fearful flyer, get this and USE IT EVERYDAY FOR 2-3 WEEKS before your flight - it actually works! If you don't have that long left before your flight, any little bit helps, but the more often you use it the better it gets.
I am claustrophobic, and after a turbulent flight, developed a serious fear of flying. I didn't want to have to rely on taking valium or something when I fly, so in desperation, I tried this...Before using this CD, I was completely skeptical about hypnotherapy, but now I'm a complete convert!
There are two different tracks - in the first one, Glenn Harrold talks you through waking up the morning of your flight, going to the airport, getting on the plane, right through the flight and landing. The second track focuses on general relaxation in relation to flying. Relaxing music plays in the background throughout.
After using this CD for three weeks, I took a 14-hour flight on my own - and I was fine! Since then, I use it everytime I fly - and while I am still nervous sometimes beforehand, and it is definitely something I will need to work on for a while, without this CD I wouldn't be getting on a plane! I cannot recommend it highly enough - but remember, you have to be prepared to put in the time with it too; repetition is the key! Happy flying!"
